Linq Minerals (ASX:LNQ) has done it again, posting a second massive drill intercept from the Dam Deposit that hit a mineralised system of copper and gold – both currently in vogue (and structural demand) – highlighting a 142m wide interception at 1.01g/t AuEq, comprising copper and gold mineralisation.

Worth noting: This is just the second hole sunk on-site at the Dam Deposit, quickly making this area a favourite priority of Linq’s geotechs. There are still two remaining drillhole results for Dam that need to be revealed to the Australian market in the coming weeks; rigs will be back on-site shortly.

Today’s drill hole (TDRCD002), the company reports, confirms a “shallow, high-grade cold and copper core within the southern strike extent” of Dam.

Looking at where that Linq drill hole was placed, in between existing known intercepts on-site, the company is hopeful that what it’s sitting on is a wide-spreading mineralised system underground.

“TDRCD002 reflects another high value result in the Southern Zone, which, coupled with TDRCD001 and DD93GB45, significantly extends the grade and thickness of shallow gold and copper mineralisation,” Linq chairman Clive Donner explained.

“There are multiple assays pending, and we anticipate further news flow this month.”
