EV Resources (ASX:EVR) chairman Shane Menere has joined HotCopper for a Capital Compass interview to talk about the company’s “exciting” tri-party MOU with Wogen Resources and Xcelsior Capital Advisors.

Listen to the HotCopper podcast for in-depth discussions and insights on all the biggest headlines from throughout the week. On Spotify, Apple, and more.

“[EVR and Wogen] are getting together to develop the projects and work together collaboratively to ultimately get to a position where we’re developing a detailed off-take agreement,” Mr Menere said.

There are plenty of details to “still be established,” but the partnership should flow down to EVR’s flagship Los Lirios project sooner rather than later.

“Having an off-take agreement in the works gives us the confidence and credibility to go into the next step to study what it will cost to get into production – and truly study how much it will cost,” Mr Menere continued.
