Golden Mile Resources (G88) has announced a reverse circulation (RC) drill rig is scheduled to arrive at the Yarrambee project today.

The Yarrambee Project is located in Western Australia in the highly prospective Goldfield region.

Golden Mile is about to begin a drilling program which will include between 2000 and 3000 metres. The program will test high priority targets that were previously defined by a group based moving loop electromagnetic survey.

Preliminary surveys identified nine high priority, drill-ready base metals targets including mineralisations for copper, zinc and nickel.

Site preparations have been completed, with the G88 crew waiting to begin the drill series over the weekend.

Managing Director James Marrillees said identifying the Tank anomaly was an exciting development.

“The identification of the Tank anomaly, which was ‘blind’ to the airborne system, is an
exciting development and adds to the suite of high priority anomalies corroborated by the ground survey,” he said.

“Results from the airborne survey and subsequent ground-based EM have exceeded our
expectations in ‘seeing through’ the cover and defining exciting base metals targets we
believe were invisible to earlier explorers.”

Golden Miles Resources were trading up 6.52 per cent at 4.9 cents apiece at 1:57 pm AEDT.
