Good afternoon, and welcome to the HotCopper HotList column. Every week, ASX companies of every shape and size go through the ups and downs that is the Australian trading rollercoaster. Fortunes made, and equity lost each time the bourse opens – which is why watching trends is so key.

Listen to the HotCopper podcast for in-depth discussions and insights on all the biggest headlines from throughout the week. On Spotify, Apple, and more.

You don’t have to go it alone, though: we’ve put together the HotList, the top ten companies added to HotCopper watchlists in Week 3.

1. TalonX Resources

TalonX Resources (ASX:TXR) has been the standout on the HotList this week after renaming from “Mount Burgess Mining” in CY26’s first weeks.

The standout in TalonX’s latest moves came in December CY25, when it got RC drilling started at its Viking Gold Project in WA. The dig site lies 30 kilometres east of Norseman and has a high-grade shallow oxide gold zone at one of its prospects (Beaker 2) the company’s been investigating.

To today, TRX has been selling at 2.1c/share.

2. LinQ Minerals

Next − LinQ Minerals (ASX:LNQ) has been on a ripping little run through CY26 thus far, up some +212% since January’s first trading day. (Worth mentioning: Linq is currently a Market Link client right now.) The gold-copper explorer has been landing top-tier hits across its Dam deposit at Gilmore; more strong grades came in Week 3, including a 142-metre wide intercept at 1.01g/t AuEq.

Between the red-hot action and those Gilmore grades, HotCopper users have been pouring into the company’s forum pages recently.

To mid-arvo today, LNQ has been selling at 62.5cps.

3. Manuka Resources

Rounding out the HotList top three is Manuka Resources (ASX:MKR), mainly thanks to the explorer’s recent declaration that it was “on track to commence gold and silver production in Q2” this calendar year.

Manuka has also won some new followers on HotCopper as it looks to refire the Wonawinta Processing Plant in that roll-on to production. That should be all wrapped up after a six-month refurb done by mid-year.

Not a bad CY26 for MKR thus far either; it’s ripped +69% YTD.

Finally, the rest of WK3’s top stocks were:

  • 4DMedical
  • Resolution Minerals
  • American Tungsten & Antimony
  • New Murchison Gold
  • Liontown
  • Eastern Metals
  • And, Energy Transition Metals
