The Chair of Jayride Group (JAY), Andrey Shirben, intends to resign from the board on March 31, 2021.

Headquartered in Sydney, Jayride Group operates an eCommerce marketplace for transport, providing transport experiences for travellers by allowing them to compare and book airport transfers around the world.

Andrey Shirben has been Chair of Jayride since the company listed on ASX in January 2018 and has been a non-executive director since its founding in 2012.

“Throughout his time as Chair, Andrey Shirben has successfully steered the board through years of rapid growth, and most recently through COVID-19 including the Company’s successful restructuring in March 2020 and capital raising in November 2020,” said MD and Co-Founder of Jayride, Rod Bishop.

“We appreciate the constructive way that Andrey has worked with the company on his transition, enabling us to conduct a smooth and orderly process to appoint a new Chair and NED”.

Jayride has commenced a comprehensive search process to identify and appoint a new independent, non-executive Chair to steer Jayride through the next stage of its long-term growth trajectory.
