Victory Goldfields (1VG) will commence drilling across its three projects in Western Australia, those being Coodardy, Emily Wells and Nemesis.

The reverse circulation (RC) drilling includes a total of 3550 metres and it will test new targets and extensions to known gold mineralisation.

The RC program is scheduled to commence in the second half of October and follows the recent successful soil geochemical programs and results from the diamond drilling program at Coodardy.

The recent diamond drilling program at Coodardy identified a new exploration target to the west of the mineralised project area.

Executive Chairman Trevor Matthews said the company would continue to progress exploration at its projects.

“The RC drilling program is an exciting mix of targeting known gold mineralisation with historical gold intersections at Coodardy combined with new undrilled anomalous gold zones identified at Emily Wells and Nemesis,” he said.

The three projects are located in the Cue goldfields, in the mid-west region of WA.

Victory shares closed the session flat at 20.5 cents each.
