The JORC-compliant updated estimate places the Western Australian resource at 366,000 tonnes grading 4.2 g/t, for 49.6K ounces of contained gold.
This follows the completion of 4,200-metre RC drilling in February. That drilling program focused on increasing drill density in near-term production areas at the Radio Main and East lodes, while also targeting Repeater.
WIN’s managing director and CEO, Steve Norregaard, declared it was a “transformational uplift” for one of the company’s leading works.
“This rapid growth… demonstrates the quality of the asset, and now much higher geological confidence validates our decision to move quickly and aggressively on Radio as a key near-term production opportunity,” he said.
“Our 2026 drilling and underground face sampling programs have not only grown the Resource, but materially increased confidence in the key mining areas at Radio and Repeater, with half of the Resource now classified as Indicated directly feeding into mine design and scheduling work.”
“WIN is now firmly positioned to progress Radio towards a development decision soon, with a clear objective of transforming into a cash-generating producer.”
As a result of the drilling and the incorporation of underground face sampling data, 25.5Koz gold are now classified under the “Indicated” category, marking a 21% increase in that classification. The last 24.1Koz are “Inferred.”
At Repeater, infill drilling delivered a 38% tonnage increase to the Indicated category, which now stands at 66K tonnes grading 3.4 g/t Au for 7.2Koz.
The June update applied a cut-off grade of 0.5 g/t Au for material within 50 metres of the surface (open pit scenario) and a one g/t gold cut-off for material below 50m (underground scenario). The site still has its underground infrastructure intact and dewatered, after operations dating back to 1918.
WIN will open at 2.1cps this morning.
