AssetOwl Limited has announced the signing of leading real estate group Attree Real Estate to trial AssetOwl’s Inspector360 platform.

This platform uses 360-degree imagery, video, voice text, and floor mapping to document property reports and boost the efficiency of the inspection process.

It uses AssetOwl’s existing inspection software which uses virtual reality technology to create internal views of properties to assist owners, tenants, and agents throughout all the processes of buying a house.

The one month trial is expected to begin in the next quarter and if successful it will be rolled out to more Attree clients.

Attree Real Estate director Nathan Want hopes this partnership is beneficial.

“We are excited to have been hand-picked as a company to trial the new Inspector360 product. As Attree conducts in excess of 2,500 inspections a year, any programme that will enhance the client’s experience through innovative technology is welcomed,” he said.

AssetOwl also announced the retirement of Mr. Ian Murchison and Mr. Bruce McCracken as Directors.
